1. Booking & Payment

All photography sessions must be booked by contacting me through the website's Contact form. Payment is required in full upfront via invoice using the bank details provided. Payment must be made within one month of the invoice being sent. If payment is not received within this timeframe, access to portfolio images and final images will be withheld.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by contacting me via email or the website contact form. Rescheduled sessions are allowed, but no refunds are issued for cancellations or changes.

 

3. Weather & Outdoor Shoots

For outdoor photography, sessions may be rescheduled in the event of unsuitable weather conditions. Refunds are not provided; rescheduling is the preferred solution.

4.Raw Files
All original/raw files from sessions are retained securely for one year following the shoot. After this period, all raw files are permanently deleted. Clients will still have access to all delivered, edited images.

 

5. Liability

Clients are responsible for their own safety during shoots, including any accidents that may occur. In the rare case of lost or damaged images, a free reshoot will be arranged where possible. In the event of equipment failure or errors on my side, I will provide edited images where possible at no additional cost.

6. Copyright & Usage

All images remain the property of me, the photographer. Clients are granted a licence to use images for:

• Personal use

• Social media

• Websites

• Promotion

Clients may not:

• Sell the images

• Claim images as their own work

• Edit images without prior permission

 

7. Portfolio & Public Use

I may use images from sessions for my portfolio, website, or social media. Clients may request certain images not be used publicly (for example, private family photos). Requests should be made at the time of booking or immediately after the session.
